Work From Home Moms Unite

No problem!! It's proven that to get effective results, you don't need to exercise for long hours at at time. You don't to do a bunch of crunches everyday to get strong abs. You don't need to run for an hour on the treadmill or outside to get a good cardio workout. You can exercise just as effectively, if not more effectively, if you exercise LESS time but with a more effective workout.

So, tell us.... what workout do YOU do? Do you spend hours working out, or under an hour a day? What program do you recommend to others?

I use the ChaLEAN Extreme home fitness video series. It is a 90-day program that is very effective. I'm on my second round of it.... just starting my last month. It changes routines every 30 days and it pushes us to our max. It was created by a professional fitness trainer, Chalene Johnson, and we press play it's like she comes into our house and guides us through our workout, keeping up encouraged. I love that program and highly recommend it to everyone that doesn't have long hours to exercise.
