No problem!! It's proven that to get effective results, you don't need to exercise for long hours at at time. You don't to do a bunch of crunches everyday to get strong abs. You don't need to run for an hour on the treadmill or outside to get a good cardio workout. You can exercise just as effectively, if not more effectively, if you exercise LESS time but with a more effective workout.
