As moms, we want to keep our family healthy. If we want to keep them healthy, we need to keep ourselves healthy, right? So... what can we do to keep both ourselves AND our family healthy?
Well, one thing we can do is attack the viruses that are attacking our home through the air we breathe. They are lurking everywhere and it's time to take a stand against them, if we haven't already. What has helped me stay healthy AND keep my family healthy is a brand of products called Thieves.
