- What Kind Of WORK Do You Do From Home?
- I am a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, certified by the AFPA, and work from home helping people all across the U.S and around the world get fit, healthy and energetic for a lifetime. I work independently with Young Living Essential Oils, a company that is dedicated to empowering all of us to acheive our highest potential and increase our physical, mental, emotional and financial health. The products have helped me and my family live the healthiest lives possible. I also work with Team BeachBody, a company that help people across the U.S get fit and healthy for a lifetime.
- How Do You balance Kids and Working at home
- I have joined a lot of online communities where I am active in the forums and interact with people, building relationships. It's not about selling products... It's about building healthy lasting relatioships and help people acheive their highest potential and well-being in every aspect of their life. I continue being a full-time mom and do fun things with my kids as I build my business since the company has set up an amazingly simple bonus plan that everyone can use.

I am a Christian stay-at-home mom, now certified by the AFPA as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant. God has called me to be an advocate for fitness and health and show people the importance of taking care of our physical bodies. I am very thankful that I can live a healthy lifestyle and keep my family healthy, and so I enjoy helping other families do the same. I also love the fact that I can build 2 health-based businesses at home as I stay home with my kids, and I can help other stay-at-home parents do the same. I made an umbrella business to support both these networking businesses under one roof - it is called "Abundant Energy HealthClub". The products help us live a very healthy life, so I basically just am a mom, and build a business while doing what I normally do. It's perfect!! Getting fit and healthy without going to the gym
Working out at home with a good fitness program is the best way to lose weight AND get fit, have more energy during the day, lower cholesterol, and so much more. Granted, not all at-home fitness programs do much for us, but that is why I love the BeachBody programs, which are FUN, and give me great results because they are made my professional fitness trainers like Tony Horton and Chalene Johnson.

Helping moms stay home with their kids
I really believe that it's very important for moms to be able to spend as much time with their kids as possible, especially during their first six years of life. Unfortunately, many families need a second income, so it makes it hard for moms to do that. However, I believe that network marketing is the solution to this problem.

Shakeology - an amazing meal replacement shake
I never thought I'd post about a BeachBody shake since I endorse Young Living's supplements a lot more because they are organic. However, Shakeology, though not organic, is a supplement/meal replacement drink that stands in a class all by itself. Since most americans are not concerned about eating organic foods, Shakeology would be a perfect supplement for them.
